First, create your own blog for free at Blogger.com, Blog.com, or at one of the numerous other free blog hosts on the Internet. Build it with your SFI business as your blog's theme.
Next, sign up as a free member at a manual traffic exchange (such as TrafficSwarm.com orSurfNexus.com). Promote your blog and/or Gateways through your traffic exchange to drive traffic to your SFI Gateways and blog.
